I never signed over our house to him but he got house in divorce papers. Do I have a case to revisit this with him and ask for my half of the house?

One is not automatically entitled to half of anything in most states.


You can always hire a lawyer and take anyone to court.

A judge will hear your case and decide.

I have to disagree with Army on this one. That issue has already been decided res judicata is the term. A judge is not going to relitigate the issue of the house and if you have not followed the previous order you might find yourself in contempt for it.
