I'm currently on SSI a full-time student with two different kind of medical conditions mental illness and gastric illness. Parents still claim me on tAxes . Due to my illness it's hard to leave on own . They are kicking me out and won't let me save what rent money I give them to move out . 400$ a mouth is there any Legal way or writing saying I have to stay or anything . They say making them depress due to my medical issues. I also have a paper saying Im going need help in areas of leaving for a A licensed therapist

If you are an adult, they are not required to pay for your care.

If you believe they don't provide more than half of your support, you can take up the issue of tax deductions with the state and federal tax authorities.

The good news, they can't KICK YOU OUT.

They have to bring an eviction to have you legally removed.

You can stop paying them any money in the interim.

They must first serve you with a letter to vacate.

You an ignore that letter, then they'll have to petition the court to evict you.

The entire process can take 2-3 months, longer in the winter.

Google eviction (YOUR CITY/COUNTY, California) and learn exactly how it works in your locality.

Here's a few examples:
