I was coming up to a stop sign where I had the option of turning left or right, I stopped at the stop sign then proceeded to turn right, meanwhile a car was driving from over the hill from the left of me, upon seeing the car I stopped abruptly, I was a little far out in the intersection, but had stopped in time to avoid from being hit, and in time for the car that was coming (who happened to be a cop) to see me to avoid hitting me... long story short the cop pulled me over stating that I failed to stop at designated point, she tried saying that instead of stopping at the stop sign I stopped in the middle of the road/intersection. This was not the case!
