How can i get my siblings name of inherited property

My Father died four years ago, and left behind a vacant condo in Florida now has me and my other two siblings name is on the deed and I don't want to sale it. I have been paying all the property tax and maintenance fees and utilities by myself because they refuse to help and to take their name off the deed. Every time something goes wrong or something has to be paid the board of association only contacts me and harasses me for money Is there any thing I can do to get their name off this property or have the courts set up some type of trust that they have no choice but to pay their fair share of expenses now and in the future

Highly unlikely. If they don't want to pay for it, they can't be forced. What you CAN do is sue them for unjust enrichment - if it weren't for you, they would lose the property, so you should be entitled to a greater share of it. See if you can come to some sort of agreement about what the property is worth, what the upkeep on it is costing you, and that your share of the property should increase by whatever % for each year you pay all the bills associated with it. Or you could buy them out - either with their consent, or by court order for partition and sale.
