We run a business that sells a tech product to gyms. Its a very simple product, very affordable and can make a world of difference. My issue is that, everyone says 'you must get a contract' in place for the subscription.
Which is fine, but my concern is that people freak at the size of the contract and think it looks way too complex.
Is there not a way we can write a extremely short, no-jargon contract that just covers every eventually and means that in the case of something going wrong, we'll discuss it?
I don't really understand the million clauses myself (used template one) and although they seem to have a purpose, they never get called upon.
Can I not jsut write
'You agree to pay us £60 per month and we promise to deliver the solution. If you don't pay, we pull the plug. You can cancel anytime beyond 3 months with 1 months notice.'
Thanks!
