My ex and I got divorced in 2007. in 2009 I filed a motion to modify the parent child relationship and we were ordered to mediate.
We mediated and walked out with a typed up, but not signed MSA. My ex then modified the MSA with 10 changes, signed and initialed all changes. I signed and initialed all her changes and made 2 additional changes. She never initialed those two changes.
Instead, she retyped the entire agreement (without signing it) and sent me an email saying that she will accept this version of the MSA. Subsequently, she changed her mind and said "See you in Court".
I would like to have a version of the MSA (any version, really) signed and entered.
How can I get the MSA entered and enforced? Can I get the version she signed and initialed entered and have my changes be voided? All versions proclaim boldly "Non-revocable and binding" and it even cites the codes for Family law and contract law.

None of these agreements are LEGALLY binding until accepted by the judge in open court.

If you are unable to agree outside of court, the issues will have to be litigated and decided by the court.

Get with your lawyer and help prepare your case.

Be ready to give and take, but get this done.

Your child(ren) are why you're doing this.

Do what is best for the kid(s), not yourselves.

Judges like that, and you will, too!!!
