How do I get an ammendment to my divorce decree

I need to know what to do to get a time line in which my house is to be sold. Our divorce was done online ( easy settlemen, so I thought) the house was ordered to be sold but it didn't state any timeframe. As of today my ex is living in the house with his kid and 1st wife. I don't think he' going to be real motivated to get the house sold. Can I go back to court and have a judge modify the order so the house has to be sold within a certain time, or he can buy me out ?

Why not start the process yourself if they are dragging their feet? I don't know the answer in this particular area but in general items that are decreed to be done need to be done in a reasonable time frame. Not making any effort to sell the house is not reasonable. Hire an agent, take out a free ad for the house, etc. Perhaps that may start the wheels turning. Changing the decree could get more challenging as it will involve the other party as well. Someone else might have more experience with this... good luck.
