Alcohol & Drugs: MIP, MIC, Intoxication how do I get my BAL retested

This is a long story, so I'll take one step at a time.
I had 3 beers between 1&4, a beer per hr...they took a BAL test at 6
When I went to court they told me I had an BAL .07
I can't see this level for 3 beers in a timeframe of 5 hrs
so I need to know how to get my blood and have it tested

Assuming they originally took blood for the chemical test, your attorney can arrange for a test to be done at your expense.
