I had a friend who did not get approved for a Circuit City card and since they have nice financing deals he asked to use my card and so I let him. He had been making relatively regular payments until a few months ago when he just stopped all together. I don't know what to do, or what I even can do. I can't afford to pay for his stuff. He still has the TV and laptop that he bought but now he will not answer any of my calls or email and he won't make a payment. I've left messages but no response. If it comes to it would I have a good enough chance of winning in like a small claims court? Can I report the items stolen since apparently they're mine now since I have to pay for it? I really do not know ANYTHING about legal stuff and I really need help! Oh...he was my a manager at the time...could I go anywhere with that? I could say I felt like I didn't have a choice or something?
