My jurisdiction is: Pennsylvania

When I sign a form that requires my "full, legal name," how do I know what it is?

My birth certificate says "SUSAN LEIGH KLEIN" (so does my marriage license).

My Social Security card, issued a short time later, says "SUSAN L. KLEIN"

When I got married, although I did not file separately for a name change, I started calling myself "Susan Klein Jones". My gun permit uses that name: "SUSAN KLEIN JONES"

When I ordered another social security card, it called me "SUSAN K. JONES"; so do my driver's license, credit cards, bank accounts, second marriage license, most mail, etc.

Since I never filed with the court to change my name, perhaps I'm still legally "Susan Leigh Klein"; but I haven't used that name in twenty years, so it would be a little strange to use it again.

Given these four names, all used for official purposes, how do I know which is considered my "full, legal name"?
