How do I ensure my children receive their inheiritance if my husband or myself should die and the other spouse remarry?
My parents were married for almost 40 years until my mother passed away. My dad remarried and his new wife convinced him to sign over all of their property, land, etc. to HER daughter. He died last year so my sisters and I have no inheiritance.
I want to protect my children so that never happens to them. Is there a way that I can state in our will to protect them in the event that my husband or I should die and the other remarry?
