How do someone sign over her child

My 17yr old sister n law is pregant. She wants to give me any her brother her baby once she has it.. How do we go about doing this???

Your sister can't sign away a child. A child isn't property to be given away.

I suggest you refuse to be a party to her lunacy.

The father has rights, too.

I suggest you direct sister to a social services agency.

She needs counseling. She's a child. Her parents need to be involved.
