my grandmother recently passed away she had a will and it stated that my mother was responsible for her "just debts" and after they were paid for she got the home my grandmother has a camper financed in her name back in september my husband has been making the payments on it it is in just my grandmothers name can we keep it and continue ti pay for it or do we need to sell it the finance company told us they could add my mother to the title so we sent all the info they asked for and got a letter syaing that we have to refinance it or pay it in full they also told us that as long as the payments were made the could not put a claim on the estate we need to know what our next step is can we continue to pay for the camper and still close the estate in the time period we are aloud to or do we need to sell it and be done with it

I suspect you don't "need" to sell the camper because it's not yours to sell. your mother inherited the camper and can decide to keep up the payments or let it go back to the finance company.
