How I sue my employer refused to pay me for a month because he said no money yet

My company may go bankrupt because the company had no income but still need cash to operate. I haven't got my paycheques for 1 month, so I couldn't pay my bills and need to pay interests for overdue amounts.

Would you please let me know how I can get my paycheques asap?I am an accountant I know he has money and foreign accounts.
