My court date is tomorrow. I just received my civil demand letter, but i still have to go to court for the state. How likely is it that we can plea for a deal to just settle this civilly, without community service and hefty fines from the state? Is that even possible? This is my first crime and i have no other record. I am a college student and i have a bright future.... will that convince them at all? I live in CO if that helps
