I am a mother of an 11yr old boy whom I've been residential parent since the divorce 7 yrs ago. After my ex filing for custody 3 yrs ago I was granted full custody. less than a year later he filed again for custody and won this time (7 months ago). Neither of us have any criminal record (I've had one speeding ticket in my life). The whole thing seemed very biased with his lawyer being the prosecutor and the judge being his collegue up until she became a judge in the county just six months before she made the outrageous order. My son is so unhappy in his new circumstances. I appealed the decision to the 12th district of appeals in Ohio right away and I've been waiting for 3 months (after all briefs were in) and it's killing me to wait. I'm starting to wonder if they've forgotten about my case (weirder things have happened!).
