My question is that I am trying to sell my home and my next door neighbor has 7 or 8 dogs (4 of them puppies) who bark alot. It bothers me but I don't say anything in the interest of keeping the peace. They are bighearted people who can't pass up a stray but it has already cost me one buyer. They loved the house but could not put up with all the dogs. My neighbor (whom I get along great with) knows that its a problem and has told me to call her when their going to show the house. The problem there is that I'm not always at home when they come out and I just don't think that its a solution anyway. It wouldn't be fair to a prospective buyer to sandbag them like that. I would like to know what my rights are before I approach her. Truthfully after reading some of the other neighbor problems I'm tempted to just keep my mouth shut and hope that a dog lover will eventually come along and buy my house
