My jurisdiction is: okla.

I did some work for a company and was not paid. I reported it to the Okla. Dept. of Labor. They pursued it and gave me a judgement. They sent me a collection packet with different options for me to file in district court. The easiest suggestion was a garnishment. The work was performed in Okla. and the company is an LLC in Georgia. Even with the packet of suggestions I do not know what to do.

This issue is complex. Did you speak to the clerk of the court? What exactly did they suggest you do? What are the materials? This may not be the easiest process given two different states (typically it requires something called "perfecting" a judgment and then trying to enforce in the foreign state (GA). I think that the process needs to be made easier for reasons just like this one.
