Dear Officer:
I rent a house from a Malay guy on 28/05. But when I move in, I was told that house not avilable and house owner refuse to give me the deposite and rent. totally $5200 singapore dollars.
I claimed the case to small claim court and get the order. The house owner should give back my money before 30/07/07. But till now I never recieve money from house owner. The court officer told me even I enforce the order, what court can do is go to his house to sell movable things. But the precondition is they can find the house owner there. I think that's impossible. And even we can find the owner, I don't think the movable things inside the house can sell more than 5200 dollars.
So how can I do now?
