How To Evict A Non-payment Sublease Tenant

we subleased an apartment from june-december 2008.she gave post dated checks for all the months.but may and june checks are returned due to unsufficient funds,they are not responding to any phone calls.now we are paying rent to our landlord.we are new to the country and moved to other place from kenosha.we have already posted quit notice,but no response.our landlord agree to brake the lease by august 31st.how can i evict them till august 31st.is it possible to do all process from other place.how i can get out from this situation.

Unfortunately the eviction process isn't usually quick enough. Continue along the path of the eviction which will involve the court and an order for eviction. If the subtenants don't appear then it's easy as you'll get your order and you should be able to get a sherriff to remove the deadbeats within 10 days. Unfortunately, there will likely be costs to you. Best of luck and sorry to hear.
