last week i recieved a phone call from title company in waco to ask me to sign an affidavit of heirship so my uncle could sell my granfathers house.My grandad died in 1984 and i now believe he left this house to my dad and my uncle.The title company informed me my dad died in 2004 i did not know this as i believed my dad remarried in japan and had a daughter i also thought for all these years [about 30 ''''or so ] they all resided in japan but they we all living in california,I believe from title co.the house is worth 30,000 dollars and has been rented out for years but is now unrentable so my uncle wants to sell it.I no the deeds are in my grandads name in care of my uncle.I had one phone call with my uncle[in which he hung up on me] he told me house was unrentable those renters damn tore up the house, he was offered 54,000 for it but chose to sell it to 2 baylor students for 30.000 [he told title co. it was worth 30.000] when i tried to ask him a question regarding the rental he hung up.What should i do i live in Ireland.

If you don't sign, he probably won't be allowed to sell.
It's a junk house, if I were you, let the old crook have it.
Then have no contact with the crooked person for the rest of your natural life.
