I had my settlement agreement and judgement papers returned to me because the the legal parcel # for the property was not included in the agreement. I have since found the needed information, but I am unsure about how to go about re-submitting the paperwork. Can I add this information as an appendix to the existing agreement, or does the agreement need to be re-written with it included? In either case, does the agreement need to be re-notarized? And does the rest of the judgment paperwork need to be filled out again, or can I re-submit the ones that were returned?
