Humiliation

A while back, someone made a voice recording of myself singing while drunk. The person then attached pictures of me and made a Youtube video and posted it online and in the title inserted my name. Now many people find it funny, but personally I find it very embarrassing and when you type in my name into the Google search engine, this is the first topic that pops up. I am finishing grad school and will be applying for full time employment soon and I am very worried that during interviews they will see this video and not take me seriously, thus not hiring me. The person that made the video is an old friend and refuses to remove it. It is very embarrassing and I am very stressed right now about this affecting my future. Please help me and provide me with some advice. Thank you very much for taking the time to read this.

see an attorney and have him send him a letter demanding he remove it, or at least remove your name from it so you cannot be identified.
