My husband left me 10 months ago and now wants to come home. I do not want him to come home and have repeatedly told him so. He now says that because his name is on the mortgage, he has a "right" to come home. First of all, I need to know if this is true even though he hasn't made any contribution toward paying the mortgage for the last 10 months? And secondly, what should my next course of action be, legally?

He still has rights to the house. I don't know if the police will make you allow him to enter, but they may. You should consult an attorney before he moves back. You should also file for divorce.
