husband moved out, changed address but still comes "home"

My husband has recently moved out...again. He changed his address...again. He does this frequently and stays gone for different lengths of time while our 3 kids and I struggle to saty afloat. But I've had enough. I want out of the marriage. My question is...Can I legally keep him out of our jointly owned home since he no longer resides there and pretty much abandons us. I mean, he leaves for months at a time and never puts any money towards the joint mortgage or other household bills. He doesn't give any money for the kids. I'm left to pay for everything and REALLY can't afford it. Is there anything I can do?

Get an attorney and file for divorce. Put the house up for sale, if he wants the house tell him to buy you out.
