My mother filed I-130 petition for me when she was Legal Permenant Resident LPR. As a result, I was placed in category 2B ( unmarried son, over 21 years old).
Recently, I have married and my mother has become a US Citizen.
MY QUESTION IS:
1. Is the petition I-130 still valid? (as I am married, now)
IF YES
2. Is there a possibility that I can move from Category 2B to the 1st category?
