Shoplifting, Larceny, Robbery, Theft I am a minor that was caught stealing alcohol.

I live in Illinois and I'm 14 this is my second time getting arrested, and both are for retail theft. I want to know whats going to happen to me. I have a court date, but I don't even know what to do in court. Am I going to juvi? It was a 20 dollar bottle of jose cuervo. I know i'm not going to get a slap on the wrist because i practically did last time. I had to do that at home class thing and pay a fine.

Were you charged for MIP as well? You need a Lawyer as jail is very real option. I woud also suggest you enroll in an Anti Shoplifting program before court. This will show Judge remorse and action on your part! this is always a good thing. If interested we know of such a program you can take at home. Yeah, I was charged for MIP as well. And that info would be good I'll do just about anything try and get out of being in jail.

Since I will be giving you a private email I prefer you send me a PM ot get that info. You have some serious trouble here and jail is very real option. I think it would be wise to enroll in this class. Thats just my personal view
