I was pulled over cop felt i was driving impared. I was on the phone. telling my friend i was on my home and letting her know that my credit card and perscriptions, were stolen out of my car. I blew for the officer i asked if I could I had about one and half beers. probley 30 mins before pulled over. I passed the test bareley he then wanted me to do other feild test said that i did not do so well . then another officer came and started going through my car and my beer can was in the consule and he said open container . Itold him what i had drank and that i ware fentanyl patch. then he said i am going to have to arrest you dui. and i said i did not blow over leagal limit he said yes you did hand cuffed me and went to the jail. they had not read me any rights at this time. got me in orange clothes my hair all fell out because of my illnesses so they did allow only one lady could search my wig. I was so shocked and did not understand what was really going on because I looked at the breath test. I was not leagal drunk. then they went through my purse and got that taken care of then the officer that was searching my, Car said that he had found cocaine. I started to chuckle a little and said no he did not. I herd the officer tell him to send it to the lab for a test. and they had me take a urine. witch I did right a way and they said I tested positive for meth. I said no way I do not do Illegal drugs of know sort and i had in between all of the stuff that was going on that before the station that my stuff was stolen my credit card and my fental patches. I was just in total shock and there is no way i dont do those kind of drugs i would be dead already I am already very ill very. just out of the hospital for the 6 or 7 time in 8 months and doctor made me take a leave for 6 weeks witch my boss made me step down from my managers position. the doc will only let me work 20 hours a week. then the officer called back and said that the bag was meth. then I asked if they cdould call my doc to find out all meds i am taking because there is no way this is happening and I also take adderall . but still where did the drugs come from they said parahanelia. pens with resadue. and thats when the officer read me my rights. there is still so much more I was so upset that I remeber feeling faint and tried to get there attion i cdould not so i sat on the bed trying to get a grip and I fainted and hit my head really hard they took me to the hospital . and it took them like 5 times to get my blood I told them its hard to get my blood all doc andnurses have prob . they only poke 2 xs then they send some one else these people would not stop poking me. I told them that they would have to stop and get me warmed up before i would let them do it again. well i tested positive for bladder infection wich has went to my kidney my liver and kidney fuction test are usually not where they are suppose to be . but all i can think about is how did any bags of anything get in my car. freeking out . to make this very long story short when i was bailed out the bail bonds man said they told him they found needles as well. this is not happening that is something else I would never think of doing and that i should go get into a class since this was my first offence and the judge would go easy on me. I looked at him and said there is no way on this earth that i am going to addmitt to something that i did not do i am not guilty they did not let me brush my teeth bath any thing for two half days. how could this happen. and they did not care about the stuff that was taken from me and i can not afford to replace any of them I can afford to get my car out of impound. I am at a loss what can I do am not goint to admit guilt when what they found was not mine and i cleaned my car completly out the day before because i had alot of lugauge. would the drugs i am on give a false positive test. what can i do
