I am fighting an ADA Discrimination case Pro Se because no lawyer would take my case in the state of Indiana (where my former employer is). I was bullied, discriminated against, retaliated against (after I went to the EEOC) and then terminated from my position as a high school administrator.

I believe I am being bullied and discriminated against by the Chief Magistrate due to the fact that I am Pro Se (he has expressed insults towards me a time or two). I believe he has acted in a state of misconduct and dishonesty (in order to protect the school system from being exposed of their dirt).

How am I able to expose this in time to receive some sort of justice. I currently appealed the case but have filed for a Recusal based on the facts discussed in this thread.

If an attorney won't take the case, it generally indicates that you don't actually have a viable case.

Why don't you wait & see what happens in the appeal & the recusal you filed for. I agree with Proserpina that if a lawyer will not take your case, it's generally because you don't have much of a case.
