So this background check you bought claims to be a subscriber to esteem database? If they are not subscriber they cannot view its contents.

I am in the same boat shrinkmaster, I was arrested and charged with retail theft 6 years 1mo. ago. I will be graduating college next year and afraid that I won't be able to get a job after. Last summer I applied for a position at a call center, got the job (even a start date) but then I got the call telling me due to "stuff" revealed in my background checks, they will have to withdraw their offer. Please anything will help. I'd like to talk with your contact please. I got my records sealed but seems that didn't solve anything either! will contact FDLE tomorrow and demand an explanation. Please reply!

Only a FULL PARDON removes the stain you've placed on your once pristine criminal record.

Nothing, I say again, nothing but a FULL pardon from your governor can do that.

FULL pardons are reserved for wealthy donors to the gov, his pal pols, or a pal of a pal.

Its unlikely this was a database issue. Do you know the status of your criminal case? Your name will fall off any retail theft database in one more year as they generally only stay for 7 years.
