I had just returned from a 3 day sick leave with a doc's note, and was placed back into the training center. Which is a demotion, then I went back on to the floor with a new dept.
2 days into the new placement, I made a 2 simple errors, same night, I did not place a button into a keyset before I snapped it closed....it happens all the time. A day later I was called into the office and was written up for them.

The foreman told me it almost cost them a account because my parts made it into the shipping area, and had it gone out, they would have spent hours looking for other mistakes which would require $ for all the overtime.

The parts never came close to the door, when you make this type of mistake you simply place them beneath you and they are repaired at the end of the night...............They insisted it made it out and I insisted otherwise.

When I am done with my parts I send them to the person right behind me and a decal is placed on them, then they go to another station and then another.........so if they had made it to the door, where were the people who allowed it to pass their inspection............is what I asked the foreman.
He was stunned to hear that, He said he would do a investigation into that.
Yet, both my super and the foreman waited for me to sign the write up. After 20mins of basically being called a liar, I refused to sign the write up. Then relented and just signed it. I was never written up EVER on this job or in the years of employment anywhere else.
Then the foreman comes to me when I returned to the line and says it never made it to the shipping dock.

He being the foreman KNEW that already, you can see no decal was ever on it, not to mention it was not complete because I caught the errors right away. The temp supervisor and foreman REWROTE a write up still, I told them it was a human error, not intentional, I had been in the dept. for only 2 days.........well, I signed it, told them I did not need a copy nor was I going to read it.
Weeks past and other people in the dept that were both "REAL" employees and oither temps in the department much longer made the EXACT same mistakes...........NO write up.
Can I have that write up removed? A write up is given if the error was due to slacking off, or being told over and over?

There are no laws that dictate when and under what circumstances a write up can or cannot be given. It is entirely up to the employer. Therefore you have no legal standing to force its removal.

Had I been written up for a error, and no other person was, isn't that wrong? If the write up was valid due to the error, I broke policy I should be writrten up. It was because of the leave of absences (3 days) that really caused it. I was at the beginning stages of being phased out.

That depends on what you mean by "wrong". There can be many valid reasons why you were written up and no one else was. It might or might not be unfair. But unless there is more to the story than you are telling, it is NOT illegal.
