i got a ticket for disorderly conduct

On October 03, 2013 my brother in law was pulled over when we where heading home from work. He was driving one car and i was in another. Officer questioned him then went over to the vehicle i was in, asked me what was my brother in law's name. I told him the name i have always known him as then officer got mad saying that why was i lying. Comes out that for the past year and a half that I've known him he has told me a wrong name. At the end of the night i end up getting a ticket for disorderly conduct for false information. What can i expect going into court?

Unless there is more to the story that you are not sharing here then the charge won't likely stick. It may be dismissed before you have to do anything. Show up to court, request an attorney, and let the attorney handle it.
