Alcohol & Drugs: MIP, MIC, Intoxication I got an MIP last night...

Hello, last night I was given an MIP while I was at a party. I was not breathalized but I was given an eye test. I did admit to having one beer earlier in the night, I also did not drive to the party. I am in Arizona in Pima County and I was wondering what the best way to plea is? I am not sure exactly how the laws here work, but I was wondering if it was possible for me to get my license suspended, weather or not this is going to have to be marked on job applications, and weather or not this will stay on my record forever. I am 20 years old and in the process of getting a job right now as well, will my possible employer know that I have been charged with this since putting in the application? Could this possibly get me fired or prevent me from getting other jobs in the future? Really, I don't mind paying a fine at all, but I will need to have a license to get to school and work, and I really, really just want more than anything for this to be off of my record. What is the best thing to do? I am really devastated by this and nervous it is going to have an extremely negative impact on my future. Thanks in advance for your help!
