Shoplifting, Larceny, Robbery, Theft I got caught shop lifting at walmart.

It was my first time getting caught. They caught me outside of the store. They brought me inside the office and got my information. I had 59$ worth of stolen property. Im 13 and my dad had to come and pick me up. They told me i was banned from wal-mart. They said i will get a letter and i will have to pay.
Will i have to pay for what i stole? (I returned the products.)
Will this be on my permanent record?
How is this going to effect me in the long run, or just in general.

I have learned my lesson. I definitely won't shop lift again. It was a really embarrassing experience. But does it matter to them?
Will i go to juvy or court? No cops came.
But i just want to know what is going to happen after what has happened. (If i will have to pay more.)

It seems they have not filed charges and might not. Pay the Civil Demand when it comes and this should be over with no record outside of store or any retail theft database they might belong to. If you get a notice of a court date then you can be concerend about your record. Your Civil Demand fine should be around $300.00

Thank you for answering my questions. This means I will just have to worry about paying the 300$ and everything will be fine?

The $300.00 is a guess thats why I said around. Yes it appears (based on your post) no criminal charges were filed. So pay the Civil Demand and consider yourself lucky

Okay thank you for your help. I'll pray that things aren't as bad as they seem, and remember to never shoplift again >.<

I was wondering if that undercover loss prevention guy was aloud to grab me. He grapped me while outside of the store. Isn't that harrassment?

Yes he can grab you. He can handcuff you, if you fight, he can hit you back.

Be more worried about your screw up and less about "harrassment"
