I am a Retail Theft consultant and answer questions like yours daily. Your answers lay with your Attorney. He/She can tell you your defense and/or plea options. Be sure to ask about ACD or Diversion as plea option to protect your record. Its also not wise to name store you stole from on a public forum

IF you are a minor, you need to tell your parents (if you haven't already) & let them handle. They will need to get you a lawyer.
