Back in May 2010. I was in a hurry to California, so i left my vehicle and title to my uncle so he can sell it for me. a week later i think, he sell it and send the money order with copy of the title and name of the person who buy it. So i file the "vehicle transfer notification". a month later i got a toll bill, then i find out that the person who buy it doesnt do the new title transfer, he keep driving it. Now every month i get a toll bill send to me. i have to call toll company to cancle the bill off. Then i find out another thing is the person give me a fake name and address.

Is there any way i can end this quickly?
I still got school to go, dont have much time on these thing

Stand your ground.
If you promptly reported the sale to the DMV as required then the date on that documentation will save you here. You will not be responsible for anything after that date since it was the buyer's failure to register that has left you in this mess. His false information won't matter so long as you reported the sale prior to the violation date.
