I have regained custody of my child, I'm still paying child support

Help!!! I ahve regained custody of my daughter LAST NOVEMBER. I am still paying child support to the woman who had custody of her. She is getting all of these checks and cashing them. New York is telling me they no longer carry jurisdiction over it, due to I was living in florida... Florida would not accept jurisditction over it, I don't know what to do. They still will not drop the child support. I think this is unfair, also, they are telling me that this woman cannot get into any trouble for cashing these checks. this woman has not physically had my child since last JULY...what am I to do??

The court that issued the original order is where you will need to file a motion provided she still lives in NY. If not, you will have to file your motion in the Florida court. Talking will not get you anywhere, you have to file. Retain an attorney and file for her to pay CS including back CS.
