I haven't received any paperwork, ... Is the dealer in breach of contract?

I recently bought a car. It has been a pain in the ass since day one. They dealer forgot to submit something (I'm unclear of the details of what) to the bank. I have yet to receive a bill, or coupon book, or a paperless way to pay from the dealer or the bank. Yet I get calls everyday about making a payment. I finally got that taken care of no help from the dealer. I haven't received any paperwork from the dealer (everything was electronic signatures at the dealership), I'm two months out. No contract, no copies of signed docs, nothing. I'm willing to let this go, but today I'm trying to renew my registration and the FL DMV says that my plate isn't attached to a vehicle. They dropped the ball on this too! Is there anything I can do? Are they in breach by not providing documents and/or transferring registration as outlined in the fees (in the contract I never received a copy, doh)?
I personally would rather start over with someone that is less of a pain in the ass and let this dealer eat the costs if it's plausible. Thanks in advance for your advice.

Contact the Florida Attorney General about this. They have a department that addresses fraudulent auto dealers. Go to their website and search for it, then call or visit them. I believe they will address this, or tell you what to do. Yes, something isn't right. FAGO, might be able to assist you.
