my husbands daughter was born in 2004 , the parents of the ex had got into an argument which turned violent over the pregnancy , my husband was told to leave and not come back he , which he did, about a month after the child was born he had got in contact with the mother so that he could be envolved in his childs life , the mother made a request that he come up with 600 dollars first that if he didnt that he would not be allowed anything with his daughter , he was currently unemployed but tryied his best but it was abut 2months after and when he tryed to contact the mother she had moved and changed her number , after a year or so we started having children of our own which we got married in 2004 . they were gone and there was nothing we could do , it lasted like that for 8 long years ! with seaching for years we finally found a family memeber who became a inbetween party which he was still denied the rights to her and a family member had talked her into letting him try , we ended up moving closer to her so that we all could have her in our lifes, about 2 months in the mother allowed the child to come live with us and go to school with her brothers and ended up signing a paternity affidavit so she could go , well in oct of 2014 she accused his brother of molestation we immeditly called the cops, and we called to tell the mother what was going on she threated to kill him and said that his daughter had done this b4 and it was along process to find out she lied and that he was sentencing his brother to dealth over his childs lie cause he didnt want to call her first , we ended up losing our house due to police and social worker showing up all the time and then went his job because of all the stress then shortly after the vehicle was repoed we had no choice but to go back to virginia where family was to get help cause we have 4 boys of our own to worry about , it took almost a year for us to get back on our feet , but after we left she started denying him the right to talk to the daughter and he missed a court date because we couldnt come up with the money to drive 16hrs , but because of that he ended up with supervised visitations only and we havnt talked to the daughter since , we dont know what to do and this is only a small amount of whats happened . we found out this year that the mom works and goes to school from 6am to 10pm and only has one day off so she says and his daughter is being taken care of by the mother boyfriend who was also accused in the past

So do you have a daughter or are you talking about your husband's daughter with another woman? Because you say in your headline you haven't talked to YOUR daughter in a year. Which is it?

So your husband never established rights to his daughter until two years ago? Then she lived with you and your husband and children and his daughter accused her half brother (one of your sons) of molesting her? But it was a false accusation?

If he missed a court date that's on him. If he knew he couldn't make it he should have asked it to be rescheduled.

If he hasn't talked to his daughter that's on him. So what if the mom works those hours...was the boyfriend ever charged or convicted of molesting her or any other child? You said she lied about her brother and she lied about the boyfriend. I'm not sure why the boyfriend would be alone with her after she lied about him molesting her...to each his own.
