There are more than one manager at my office who are having sex with young women who work under them. If you're not one of the "chosen ones" or if you know what's going on, there is a pattern of trumped up charges and harassment which lead to dismissal. I've recently come into their radar for the second time and can see they are setting me up like the other supervisors who have been fired this way. I don't know what to do. Their former H.R. Generalist was aware of all tis and had helped cover up the problem. What can I do to safeguard my job? There is no one there I can trust to speak about this because each time I have tried to follow the chair of command, the harassment gets worse. In this case, I am a supervisor who has learned about two of my agents exchanging sexual favors with our manager and one of young ladies has been making false reports against me shortly after I spoke with our inhouse staffing mgr and he spoke with our center dirctor, with no proof of course, but management is penalizing me without even the right to face my accuser. So far they have put a corrective action in my personnel file accusing me of taking money from agents. One more write up and they can fire me like they've done others.

It's not just me. I have witnesses of both other supervisors who were fired this way and numerous current employees who know what's going on but also don't know who to turn to because its higher management that is covering up the workplace improprieties. I also am aware, and they know this, that they are falsifying records to make it appear as though term'd employees are on LOA so that the company that pays for billable minutes and low attrition does not know how many employees are actually there (they get penalized for attrition and lost billable minutes)

You could possibly be protected by whistle blower legislation.

Take all the documentation you might have and speak with your local DA, state attorney general, or private attorney.

You could also discretely speak with your nearest NOW Chapter.

As a last resort, activist and feminist attorney Gloria Allred of Los Angeles might have an interest in your information.

it is 4:36 am here and i have been so stressed out by all this that I cannot sleep or eat. Thank you so much for your reply. I am almost in tears that someone responded. I am a single mom with an adult disabled son who has recurrent brain tumors. I cannot afford to lose our home if my employer does to me what he's done to others. Thank thank you so much.

No worries, you are welcome.

I'd say no more about any of this to people at your place of employment.

Evil doers are most quarrelsome when discovered.
