my family and i came to the united states 8 years ago, im 20 years old now and i still don't have a green card. all we have is a alien registration number, not the card, i have a social security card also. and im planning to go to canada this spring to visit my girlfriend. but is it possible for me to travel to canada and not have a green card? please help, ive been looking everywhere for help and calling people, and searched the forum, but all of them pertain to someone being a u.s citizen and then going to canada, im not a citizen so yeah.
