Criminal Records, Expungement I live in Florida and need nelp with getting a charge from 2000 sealed/expunged

I was brought into court for FRAUD INSUFF FUNDS CHECK-MAKE UTTER ISSUE UNDER 150 DOLLARS. I paid and it was Adj W/H By Judge in 2000. I was told it would not show and yet I was turned down for a job and I need to know how to get this removed from my record.
Background on it. The bank I was with had changed hands and I was told all my checks cleared yet this one "slipped through the cracks". The attorney stated it would be off my record yet it isn't and it is like 11 years now and stopping me from getting a job. Please advise me as to what to do now to get it removed.

The question remains whether it was seen on your arrest record. The "adjudication withheld" only means that you didn't have a guilty judgment entered against you, that's all. It's as if you were tried in front of a court but the court did not decide upon the case and it was dismissed.
