I made an agreement now what?

I had a collection agency file a small claims order against me. I have already called and set up a payment arrangement with them. Now what do I do with the small claim form I received and am supposed to turn in to the courts? The form that says whether I claim or deny the claim. Do I still need to turn it in, and if so would I put accept or deny?

Talk to the collection agency. See if they are willing to withdraw the claim, or if you are required to respond, or if they would be willing to a consent judgment with you.
