Hello! My name is Lena. Couple years ago i got a divorce. My daugther lives with my ex husband in Cleveland, he is her residential father. Unfortunately, I moved out in Cincinnati(4 hours away) and now I am able to see my daughter once a month because of my job schedule and traveling expences. I informed the court in Cleveland about my re location and sent them special form. My ex mad at me because I cheated on him in a past ( I am sorry for that) and he told me that now he wont let me take my daughter to Cincinnati visit me and her brother. I really miss her and one or two days a month not enoughf for me to see her. I would like to take her here for school breaks. Please tell me what is my rights. We have 50-50% sharing responsibilities of our daughter, but problem is that I am no longer living in Cleveland area.
Thank you for your answer.

You likely won't get every school holiday though you'll probably be able to get the standard long-distance parenting plan. You should also expect to be responsible for all transportation costs since you created the distance.

So, you need to file to modify the current agreement. Request phone calls, webcam/skype visits (if feasible), that sort of thing.
