I need advice about child custody

I am supposed to see my kids twice a week supervised. I have not seen them in about 7 months and I finally got to see them yesterday. I am asking how do I start the process for child custody,what do I need for it. And what do I have to do to gain custody of my children again?

What you seek will require a court order, and for you to seek the assistance of a family or domestic relations attorney.

That means you'll need to spend some money, so explain to the attorney (when you meet with him or her) what you want to do and how you'll be charged to do it.
