My jurisdiction is: Wisconsin
Need advice on how to go about this, even though I do have a lawyer. I went on vacation in June back and forth with girlfriend, and the next thing i know my husband as of now yet, not for long.Jiggled his moms will around, made sister power of attorney, and they served papers on me 12 days after I left, which was July 28th, she died on the 31st. So i moved out and he has been giving me the run around, till my daughter turned 18 in November, her living with a friend so she can continue school, she is a senior, and now says he dont have to pay child support, or support her in any means. And I lost my job because of mental stress, because of all the verbal abuse, and says it's no longer his problem. She is struggling trying to stay in school, and is very smart in accounting and personal law. Which I am so proud of her, but he is trying to make her feel like she is not worth anything, and if she talks to me, he wants nothing to do with her. I just dont know what to do, or what to tell my lawyers, they say she is 18 and on her own, and that dont seem right. There has to be like some kind of support for her, or back child support for her. I dont know what to do, please some one i need advice...
Thank you, Nancy
