Hello I just got arrested on thursday for two counts od intent to deliver and posession. The total amount heroin is 4 bags. This is my first offense. I never got in trouble before. I am going to plead guilty for personal use and selling it just to support my habit. It is less than a half gram. What kind of jail time am I looking at? Is there any possible way I could do probation and do impatient rehab for a month and then do outpatient, so I can continue going to school. I am currently a student in college. This is my secong year. I made the deans list every semester I was in school.
