This is what happened.....I was driving down the street and the speed limit is 45, and later on down the street it is 35, which is where the cop was...so im coming down a hill and i see the cop and im like uh oh im prolly speeding, so I check my speedometer and im going around 45, so he pulls me over and asks why i think he did this, and i was really shocked, and he said i was going 65?!!?!!? i was like gasping, this is the first time i have ever gotten a ticket, or really ever been in trouble with the law...He also charged me with Reckless driving ...wtf? Is there anything I can do so i wont lose my license?
.....I've read a few other posts and since I have this "Reckless Driving--Without due cauton and circumspretion(???) and at a speed as to endanger persons and property" That's what the charge is....Could i goto jail?!
