I need help please ASAP

Recently i got caught for doing fake returns at the home depot i was working at. I'm supposed to be paying the restitution soon but i dont have the money for it. I was not apprehended i just signed off on a few papers and was fired. Is there any way that my pay date could be postponed? Or is it out of Home Depot's hand after 90 days?
