Four days ago we moved a flat, I paid the rent plus the deposit. We were talking with the agency if the area and neighbor is good, He said, it is ok, it is nice, But after just one day we moved there, a crazy neighbor threaten with to kill my wife, we didn't ever speak with her before and she said that to us. I can understand why. so I called my agency becouse my wife doesn't live there any more, she wants to move another place.
My ask is -: Is possible breake the contract or I must to pay the 6 mounths???
